Montreal smoked meat is a mixture of corned beef and pastrami produced by seasoning and curing beef brisket. Montreal smoked meat is also dry-cured, but it is subsequently steeped (like corned beef) for a week to desalinate and absorb the flavors, then hot-smoked to finish cooking. Using fresh, high-quality halal beef that is ground in-house daily, we create Montreal smoked meat with high quality, more natural components. It has peppercorn spice, which stimulates your taste senses and aids in fat burning. Montreal’s smoked meat is so tender that sometimes little bits crumble off it.
